ENERGY
"Your mental energy is limited
by your physical energy.
How do you develop
more energy of all kinds?
You start by putting your body
in top physical condition.
Unless you do that,
all your other activities won't help much
--you'll be stuck with
the mental and emotional energy
that you have now."

The Warrior of Angels

The warrior of the light is not afraid of appearing to be mad.
He talks aloud to himself even when he is alone.
Someone taught him that this is the best way of communicating with the angels,
and he ventures this contact.
To begin with, he notes how difficult it is.
He thinks he has nothing to say,
that he will do nothing but repeat nonsense.
Nevertheless, the warrior persists.
He speaks with his heart all day long.
He says things he does not agree with, talks nonsense.
One day, he perceives a change in his voice.
And he understands that he is channeling a greater wisdom.

The warrior appears to be mad, but this is only a disguise.
He has dared to seek the information he required from his angel,
and has succeeded in obtaining it.

The Warrior of Belief

The Warrior of the Light is a Believer.
Because he believes in Miracles, Miracles begin to happen.
Because he is sure that his thoughts can change his life,
his life begins to change.
Because he is certain that he will find love,
love appears.

Now and then, he is disappointed. Sometimes, he gets hurt.
Then he hears people say: "He is so Ingenuous!"

But the Warrior knows that it is worth it.
For every defeat, he has two victories in his favor.

All Believers Know This!

The Warrior of Spaciousness

"When I draw my bow," say Herrigel to his Zen master,
"there comes a point when I feel as if I will get breathless if I do not let fly at one."
"If you continue to try to provide the moments when you must release the arrow,
you will never learn the art of the archer," says his master.
"Sometimes, it is the archer's own overactive desire
that ruins the accuracy of the shot."

A Warior of the Lightsometimes thinks: "If I do not do something it will not be done."

It is not quite like that: He must act, but he must allow room for the Universe to act too.

The Warrior of Heart

A Warrior of the Light often loses heart.
He believes that nothing can stir in him the emotion he desires.
He is forced to spend many nights feeling that he is one of the vanquished,
and nothing seems able to restore his enthusiasm.

His friends say: "Perhaps his fight is over."

The Warrior feels pain and confusion when he hears such remarks
because he knows that he has not yet reached the place he wanted to reach.
But he is stubbon and refuses to relinquish his aims.

Thenm when he least expects it, a new door opens.

the Warrior of Faith

The Warrior of Light does not always have faith.
There are moments when he believes in absolutely nothing.
And he asks his heart:
"IS ALL THIS EFFORT REALLY WORTH IT?"
But his heart remains silent. And the Warrior has to decide for himself.
He looks for an example and remembers that
Jesus went through something similar
in order to inhabit fully the human condition.
"Take away this cup from me," said Jesus.
He too lost heart and courage but he didn't stop.
The Warrior of Light continues despite his lack of faith.
He goes forward and, in the end,
faith returns.

Warrior of Love

For the Warrior, there is no such thing as impossible love.
He is not intimidated by Silence, Indifference , or Rejection.
He knows that behind the mask of ice that people wear, there beats a heart of Fire.

This is why the Warior takes more risk than other people. He is constantly seeking the love of someone, even if that means often having to hear the word "no," returning home defeated and feeling rejected in body and soul.

A Warrior neve gives in to fear when he is searching for what he needs.
Without Love, he is nothing.
